All sales are final.

Due to the mystery nature of each box, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once the product has shipped.

If your box arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us at mysteryslabs@outlook.com within 3 days of delivery. We’ll make it right if there’s a legitimate issue.

All slabs are PSA-graded and authenticated. We do not refund based on card condition, value, or disappointment with your pull.
